The United States shouldn't help countries like Haiti and Japan recover after a disaster. I think this because those are their problems and we may have own problems to deal with. For example, I feel like we should SURVEY our work on helping ourselfs first, but not in the stingy way because ofcourse they may need help more than we do, but we need to do our own things first to always be prepared for whatever lies ahead. Also countries could raise mojey to INVEST for their countries prophet.
In addition, I believe the countrie thats going through the disater there goverment should help them rasie money to repair the damages .
Also,the people in the Region should also work together to make there country better

JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 18

    Should teen drivers have special restrictions placed on their drivers' license? I think they shouldn't because they too need to learn the normal way and acquire the ACQUIRE of using a car how its supposed to be used. Also, people may CONCLUDE things like "My child could learn without the restrictions", and etc. In addition, it might not be in parents CULTURE to not their son/daughter drive with friends. In conclusion, that is way I think teen drivers should not need special restrictions on their drivers license.

The benefits of importing Chinese goods do outweigh the consequences. For example, If we bought shoes made in the U.S.A., they would be less money. In addition, we would be helping the low economy that we are going through. Also, if we bought shoes made in China or Japan, the shoes would cost more and the people who worked on the shoes would get paid only like 5 dollars out of 40 dollars.

"The Gift of the Magi" Irony

In "The Gift of the Magi," O. Henry uses irony to make the story realistic. For example, Jim sold his watch to buy Della combs. This shows that this is ironic becuase Della sold her hair so she could get Jim a silver watch chain. This is realistic because in real life people sometimes do things for others but doesn't always work out the way they want it to.  In addition, Della sold her hair so she could buy Jim a silver watch chain. This shows that this is ironic because Jim sold his watch so he could get her combs. This also shows irony because now Jim and Della dont know what to do with each others presents. In conclusion, not everything people plan goes the way they want it to go.

Cell phones are not safe to use while driving because there have been to much accidents over the past few years. For example, many drivers could RELATE to those who also have been in an accident, but is not fun talking about it because it was not a fun experience. In addition, the CONCEPT in which useing a cell phone while driving is not something everyone can avoid because there could be drunk drivers or other fools in the world. Also, people ASSESS many other people when they hit each others cars by not paying attention or by mistake. That is way I think you should not use a cell phone while driving.

Women should/shouldn't be able to register for Selective Service, I think they shouldn't. They shouldn't because they are the ones who produce and take care of babies. Also because if they were to go to the army, the next war they'd have, they might not have such a big population to send men and have very little amount of people go fight the war. Women are the ones who probably help the population grow once in a while so they could be prepared for the next war that is to happen.
